You might have mentioned that in your post. Same question gets asked all the time by ppl who don't know how it's done. DUH!

AdminCP -> VBSEO -> Control Panel -> Add Titles To External Links -> Add Page Titles To External Links Anchor Text -> set to Yes and Save. Should have already been set to this by default unless changed.

You're welcome, and for the record we're not all mind readers. Had I known (had you said) you were seeking a VBSEO setting, you would have gotten a pertinent answer first time around. This forum is not exclusive to VBSEO questions, or it would be called VBSEO rather than SEO. Mutual misunderstanding. Friends?

Everytime I set the setting to yes, it wont stay yes.

Thanks, hope I can trust this.

You need to CHMOD config_vbseo.php to 777 before you change the settings in adminCP.. then change it back after you have edited the setting :)

Just for shits & giggles, check your local php info for the allow_url_fopen value and see if it's set to "on". I'm not sure it has anything at all to do with your problem, but if it's set to "off" it might.

I'm not allowed to see php.ini on my host.
Thanks for the help, but I'm using the other mod, and it works.
