URL rewriting Problem, NavBar links dont work anymore?

So when I enable vbseo I cannot click any of the buttons in my navbar, i.e. when I try to access the members list I get redirected to http://example.com/members/ instead of memberslist.php
Please can anybody help?

Im having same issue with VBA. Spent 2 days trying to fix. just going round in circles.
