Well instead of my name saying BLAHBLAH - Powered By vBulletin I want to make it BLAHBLAH - The best community out there. How would I change it?.

Edit the phrase x_powered_by_vbulletin which should have the current value of "{1} -- Powered By vBulletin". Edit it to leave only the {1}.

AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager -> got to about page 38 (may be different on yours) find the phrase and click on edit.
