Well, I couldn't figure out for the life of me what was wrong with my forums since I couldn't get it installed. But ChopSuey really helped me.

Using TeamViewer we went through the configs to figure out that 1 set of forums wouldn't work but the Mystic ones would. Sorry but it was the DGT keygen 3.8.3. Then it wouldn't connect to my db. So I had to go back into my configs and find out that the password was wrong.
So we re-uploaded the configs and it still wouldn't connect. So we went and remade the database and it still didn't work. So we made a different one and it worked.

Another thing Chop helped me with was setting up a layout, I had no idea how to do it but Chop knew and talked me through it.

LMAO! I Finally Figured Why It Didnt Work:p

    Check This Out.
     **** Validator ****
Upload all files in BINARY mode.
Run validator.php before editing files to verify release.
Use online verifier of validator.php file and you will see NFO file.
Remove both files from server after checking and enjoy.
Remember, we include validator.php and checksums.md5 in our releases.
If you don't see these files, don't trust.
    Do not modify validator.php
You Were Supposed To Run The Validator For THe Release!

But Anyways Your Forum Is UP And Running.

[mod]Though your intentions are good, simply hitting the thanks button is enough, we don't need pointless posts like this cluttering up the forums....Thank you.[/mod]
