Well, i was just wondering what happens if i download and put in my vb nulled site a skin from vbulletin.org.
Also, if i host my site with localhost, can it get detected? waht happens if it does?
And, how do i insert vBadvanced CMPS in my vb localhosted?
Can i upload files for my localhost vb from other pc? How? my vb it can be seen by all now and it doesnt haev my IP, but, how could i access it so i can transfer files to it from other pc?

Look, i installed Vbulletin nulled in my other pc with localhost, so, i wanna know if i can get tracked and VB can turn my site off,and how can i install vBadvanced CMPS in localhost, right now im in a pc where i didnt did my forums, so, i cant enter them, is there any way to make my site is always on in localhost? if yes, how could i upload skins or files to my vb from this pc...i hope you understand now

They got a full list of websites using their software and if they found your website and they don't see it on the list. Then they will send you a notice to buy a license or take down your site (your Host have to take down your Site)

read the vbadvanced readme file, i installed it ony my forumroot, too. it's a bit work to do that.

If you don't have an offshore hoster, your account can get banned... But i don't know. Better you buy a legit license and DL all expensive add-ons here, so you still can use vbulletin if somebody catch you.
