Shoutbox for Elite and crew members ??? maybe nice to have the thing only for certain usergroups to talk to eachother.

We've tried it before on other versions. I don't have a problem with it, I kind of enjoy a shoutbox.

yeah but it was for all members now only for elite and staff members rest cannot see the thing or write

Server is too slow for this (even for staff/elite). Use IRC or Jabber..

IRC would be cool. I might be more active on their this time around. I remember last time not that many people used it. Maybe if there were a GYSN/vBTEAM channel?
