I have this errors when i try to enter a profile member or to enter to a topic.

And this in control panel:

Whay? Please help me

i think your host set your PHPis small said your host to change it to
PHP Max Post Size 32.00 MB MB
PHP Memory Limit 32.00 MB or more
PHP Maximum Upload Size 64.00 MB
MySQL Packet Size 32.00 MB or more
