Well, before giving my honest review, I would like to state that I am one of their client, I am not requested to post this review nor am I affialited with them in anyway. I have chosen them since I was in a nightmare and wanted to get out of that, they have done a wonderful job for me, and I have made my mind to stay with them for long unless their support starts ignoring customers like other companies, which I believe will not happen.
I dont want to badmouth the other company that was managing my server before, so am not going to mention their name publically, I sold one of my website and asked previous company to move my data to my client's server, they took 15 days and still the data was not moved, they kept me telling that "I am wrong, and I didnt give the right information", infact I have all the proof that it was their fault and and put all on me. Due to load on MySQL my server was crashing very often, I understand this could be a reason for the delay in data migration but 15 days is too much and still I was not sure if they moved 10% 1 % or what ? they said they had to restart migration process once the server goes down. But with WebbyCart my server did go down as usual and they migrated my account within 2 days. The data size was 44GB and hundreds of thousands of files. Infact they were not serious abou my problem, I was getting a templated response telling me "we are working".. hmmm..
Anyways, I will not say that WebbyCart is best of the best, but atleast they have given wonderful service, not only they involved personally, but I was getting instant responses and updates as to what was going on behind the scenes. Their technicians are highly skilled and are with "can do" and a very polite attitude, so I am definitely going to stay with them for a long time. One of my friend is about to start a webhosting company, we are looking for good dedicated deals and once we get all servers, we will hire Webbycart for our management services.
If you go to any freelancing sites and ask them to migrate your server the freelancers charge too much and webbycart charges only $25, which is nothing, consider it a free service at this rate.
