Request Sections Above Downloads?

Every time I log onto the site, I see atleast 10 request threads not in their proper forums. The Moderators are doing a good job, no doubt, but it's the idiots on this forum that make it frustrating.

So, I was suggesting, why not move the Requests Forums above the 3.7 & 3.6 Downloads forums? This way, most n00bs will see the REQUEST forums and will know where to post their Request.

Lol at your idea. But, the newbies still won't post in the correct section. I think the moderators must get serious now, if they post in the wrong section atleast twice, they should get a two day ban, depending on how many wrong section posts they have made. Get what I mean? =D

no.. i know better than this.. you can post it on thier desktop and people that want something will still manage to post it in introduction or somewhere they think it goes. lol i know i have been there
