The 1st one, is just a nulled copy of vB.
The 2nd one, is the same copy just with the Keygen for extra safety when your hosting will check up on your FTP, and they might go tru files, and if they will see this key that you generated, they might lay off you.. Might not.. But its NOT safe @ all from vB..
