Made a post about this some time ago but can we use prefixes ??? makes it easier for us and members.

FILLED
REQUEST
GYSN
DGT
OTHER
HELP
INFO
TUTORIAL

and much more lol... dunno if vb3.6.10 has this option in it, but know there is a hack also that can do this :)

I already do this on DGT, GYSN and style releases I post....

3.6.x has a mod/hack that probably works with .10 and 3.7.x has it already embedded in the script but I know we havent updated to 3.7 because of server resources so the mod/hack would be the way to go.

or maybe this could be something to think about if the "vBTEAM new era" ever gets of the ground....

Void posted a thread a little while back about future of vBTEAM making it bigger and better but haven't heard any new news or updates about it.....

Well security errors are mainly due to out of date styles and mods/hacks so upgrading in my eyes is a good idea, but as mentioned before Void said we wern't due to server resources.

As I seem to have been nominated to create vBTEAMs new style it would be easier for me as I use 3.7.1 and would save me having to install 3.6.10 on my own server.

I mean we dont have to offer members all the resource munching features of 3.7 like photo albums and profile styling etc etc, everything is easily switched off from admincp, or we could even start up the elite sections again and have it as a paid VIP area and only have that stuff for them, i'm sure alot of members would go for that and pay to have VIP status which in the long run would help pay for the servers.

While i'm on the subject of the new style can you lot throw me some ideas of what would be good for the new style....colors, rounded corners, tabs etc etc.

sorry folks, cudnt be online for a long, due to an accident, now back. Will try to be here as much as i can.

Anyway, I have switched the default style to the Green and disabled the option to change it for the user. Also, if anybody gets a chance to catch void, tell him to send me vbteam ftp information at my hotmail account so that we can do some maintanance. (I have been trying with no luck)
