need help with .htaccess

Hi everyone,

i installed vbseo 3.3.0 GOLD (provided by VBTEAM) and i followed ti instructions but i can't understamd that whr i would ve to upload the .htaccess file, in forum root (or where?).

and i found so many other files in the htaccess folder (wht abt those files).

and when i uploaded the .htacess file in public_html folder and visited my site, it shown me an 500 internal error. whts wrong?

can anyone tell me in detail tht wht, how and where to .htaccess file.

Install vBSEO then add .htaccess after.

i did it but it shows an error "The requested URL /vbseo.php was not found on this server."

Did you check if the file vbseo.php is on your server? And CHMOD to 644?
