I have given a member an infraction for not adhering to a friendly warning I gave previously

Your image in posts

Please refrain from adding youe "kaBOOM" image to your posts unless its relevent, such as if the post is a style or mod/hack you have personally designed

and got this response when I gave infractions for not adhereing to my request:

What is your fucking problem?

I come on vBTEAM.info to help people who need help with vBulletin because I can. The image isn't a signature so get that correct it is a "logo-type" and I add it to all the stuff I release with an attachment because I should have the right to do so.

So what is your problem with me?

Though I have no need to justify myself as staff decisions are final, I will, I have no personal problem with you, I'm just doing my job as a moderator.
The last infraction you recieved was because you have been warned before on the same issue and you did not listen.

We do not tolerate any rules being broken or staff warnings not being adhered to.

If you feel I have singled you out in anyway or feel my actions are not just, please contact another member of staff and they will look at your issue without any bias.

I reported one of his posts with the image in and Daz removed it with is why I feel my actions are just. But any staff feel my actions where not please speak up and I will reverse them.

3 times on the same issue and he is blatently just ignoring my requests as once again he has added the image to his threads he has created today.

I know the original request is really just a small issue but in my eyes it has now grown to the fact of not obeying staff and feel something should be done , even if only a 3 month ban or something.

sorry guys not been on for a day or so due to a reformat, i will delete his images tomorrow he has bitched at me today about it, if he makes another post in the next 24hrs with it in give 1 more infraction & i will do the rest

thanks & yes staff decisions are final and we are not going to overturn this as it would give the wrong message to the members (and he does seem to be a bit of an annoying twat)
