How to upload Dreamweaver site using CPANEL

I've got Cpanel 11 and the add on domain already set up<br />
do you just upload the files using file manager?<br />

Yes, you can upload through file manager, though I suggest you use/learn ftp if you have a lot of files to upload. Be sure to upload it to public_html for anything to be shown on the web.
