How can i use hetzner 100GB Backup server? i have it username and password but not connecting from filezilla e.t.c.. i think you must use it from within the hetzner network,

We have 2 servers with hetzner and they only allow to connect to the backup server from within their network. This is also done to safeguard the backup server and the data as well.
