The page the link points to has been removed are perhaps renamed on the server.
There is nothing you can do on your end. The web developer on the server side needs to fix the link to the correct one.
Or for data driven websites like this one the variable part of the URL (the part after the = sign), has not been correctly passed to the processing page or is missing. Still unless you have experience as a web developer it would be hard for you to figure out the missing variable and manually add it to the link.
