To install...READ THIS VERY, VERY, carefully.
UPLOAD THE IMAGES DIRECTORY TO YOUR IMAGES DIRECTORY. Example: (site.com/forum/images/images/sonic)
Import in one of the two XMLs.
One has the animation in the footer. Of Sonic running across the footer. Not recommended for big boards, which are prone to lag.
The other has the animation removed. Suggested if you wish to reduce lag.

Now then. The fun part. The part you've been waiting for.
Mr. C pities the foo who releases this on other sites. (Meaning, it's a vBTEAM Exclusive Port.)
