Feedback: What's the best gallery add-on for VBulletin?

I'm looking for some kind of gallery to allow my users to upload images to.

What is the best one you have come across? (Preferably 3.8 compatible)

There's a built-in system for albums in 3.8

I'm looking for a side-wide gallery where all members can upload images to.
