Cleaning the Hosting forums

Ok so I have decided to grow some balls and make an executive admin decission to clean up the paid hosting forums, and have written an announcement stating that I will be deleting all the posts in that section on saturday 28/03/09 and creating new rules for posting in that section.

My reasons for doing this is that I have been getting a few PMS saying this host is a (aleged) scammer etc etc
so to help our members and the rep of vBTEAM I think this is a must...

Here are are some rules I have come up with so far and would like your input on anything you think I have left out or think should be removed/added:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These are the rules for posting here, there are no exceptions!
If you don't agree with these rules do not post here!

Your must have in place @ time of posting:
- a fully working main site and all links posted must go there (not the order cart)
- a support system in place either an:
* online forum
* fully intergrated on/off chat system
* email link
** Email must be @yoursite not @hotmail, @yahoo, or any other easily sign-up email addresses
- a TOS page (Terms of Conditions)
- an AUP page (Acceptable Usage Policy)
- a PP page (Privacy Policy)

Your site must also be live for a minimum of 6 months

One thread per hosting company:
If you have new deals, new promos or anything new to add add it your original thread
* for this reason you may bump your thread stating new deals have been added to original post.
Example:
Please check original thread for new information added

* You may post a seperate thread in the free hosting forum if you also offer this service but must add a link to each in each post.

Example:
Free hosting also available check here<= (link to vBTEAM thread)
Paid hosting also available check here<= (link to vBTEAM thread)

Thread must contain:
- Packages
- Pricing
- Detailed Server informtion
- Current deals/promos *if applicable
- DMCA complaints, do you suspend or ignore?
- State clearly what is and what is not allowed
We suggest you bold if warez linking/hosting is allowed or not as this is what most of our members want to know.

Other:
- Styling of the post is fine but do not use LARGE font sizes and unreadable colors.
- You must have a Minimum post count of 25
* Spamming will not be tolerated, if you amazingly only have the minimum posts they will be checked for content and you maybe banned if staff believe it to be spam!

Reported scams
- If a member reports you of scamming a 48 hour notice will given via PM system, if you can not give a satifactory reason why they have reported this incident you will be banned, your thread removed and a your domain added to our scammers sticky post.

vBTEAM reserves the right to change/add/amend rules at anytime and/or delete your thread if not all information stated above is contained within your post without prior notice.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I know this is quite a long list but think its the only way to stop any potential scammers as if they are willing to abide by these rules the likelyhood of them doing a runner will be cut dramaticly plus it also stops idiots with no clue buying reseller accounts and failing after a week and members losing their accounts/sites.

Couple of ideas...

Paid exceptions?
We could allow leaniancy for a fee

Sticky post
We could offer a sticky post to reputable hosts for a fee
