Can't get into plesk/cpanel?

I'm not able to access the Plesk 8.1.1 cPanel for my hosting account, I get the following error,...<br />
Error Login is incorrect ( any help??) Thanks<br />

You will need to contact your host and ask them to reset your login and password.
