This is the offical release of Beli3.8.2 and should be downloaded from here. Im the Offical person releasing all Phantasmagoric's free designs that are avilable to the Public. These are not rips but original works and the themes are better than most Commercial quality releases.

Members of vbteam will receive support at Skins4forums you just need to go there and sign up and post in the appropiate section. No support will be given here.

There are more free skins avilable at the site for Loyal members and yes they are free but you need to be a contributing member to access them. alos remember to say thanks and when visiting the designers site a thank you there is appreciated as well.

they are all good styles just some dont like all black it is a preference..dont yeah think? Remember they are given for free.....but will respect your opinion..=)

have you checked if everything is uploaded to the right places? have you followed the instructions to the letter?

Can you provide us with a screenshot of what has gone wrong?
