Updated Battle gear style to 3.8.3

Installation:

1. Import the Style XML through the AdminCP "Style Manager > Styles & Templates > Download/Upload Styles > Import".
2. Look at the styleVar
3. Upload the Images folder to forum root for Ex: "bgear" folder to forum root Forum Structure

Optional Customization:
1. upload Split ForumHome Page into Multiple Pages xml Attached below

2. install xml Latest Threads On Forum Home

3. you make styles
