yeah. it's quite strange. i'm using Firefox, updated to the latest version, windows XP. But i do not think that's the issue. I tried clearing my cache, cookies and everything in my Temporary Internet Files folder... but i can't seem to access the link as it keeps giving me that weird message.

Any ideas why?

***EDIT:
I managed to access the attachments. I believe that it is probably the incompatibility of Firefox? I tried using other browsers and I've managed to access them, like IE. Anyway, thanks for the help. I hope this problem can be fixed asap though, as it's quite troublesome switching from my firefox to internet explorer each time i want a download. XD

haha

Would you have "Logging Referrer" turned off? Or some kind of spoofing plugin in firefox?
On my Opera works fine :)

network.http.sendRefererHeader
typed this into about:config in firefox, is this what you meant by "logging referrer"?
it had a value of 0.
Yep, it works fine for my Opera browser too, as well as my IE.
I have the following plugins in my firefox:
-Videodownloader
-User agent switcher
-Greasemonkey
-Foxy Tunes
I don't suppose they are counted as spoofing plugins...
