LOL dude, everyone that uses a US based host will eventually get busted, Jelsoft does not play lightly with nulled versions of vB.

But HOW do I do that?

1. Find an offshore hoster & buy one of their hosting plans

2. Backup your old SQL Database & Export if to the new offshore Database via cPanel

3. Copy your forums into the other space, just drag & drop using your FTP

Then you have to move your domain name, you can talk to GoDaddy and tell them to transfer it to the offshore site

Okay, I've setup an SVR Host (hosting account) at svrhost.com

They are off-shore. So I should be safe once I transfer over right? Do I need to transfer my domain names too or can I just change the nameservers?

well... some counties are offshore for ex. canada. what tht basicaly means is tht if ur offshore hosting jelsoft cant touch u
