Admin/Mod bbcode added

Demo:
[mod].v0id if you dont like it, delete the custom bbcode from admincp and the css class .mod_bb from the additional css section.

but if you do please right click save img upload to the vBTEAM server and alter the custom bbcode as its currently on mine.[/mod]

obviously with out spaces
