u must creat account in googlewebmastertools after that u must add ur url in there and verifiy >> copy all code to new html document and upload to your root forum ( html name must same with your verify code ex: google349949900987.html) this for crawler ur site content and let googlebot read that
after that instaled vbseo sitemap generator for your sitemap after that add ur sitemap link to google webmastertools >> add sitemap
ex: Your Google Sitemap Index URL: Welcome to xxxxx.net!
and this example if google read ur link in youy forum this the result
